Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Rael was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Rael abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and wants to work out more often

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Damien embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. After a long history of fighting, Damien and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
