Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Wiggan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care.
