History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Kilvar was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Kilvar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
