Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. A true patriot, Zephan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Zephan reached his early adolescence his Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Dain was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
