History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Ortegar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
