His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his youth he was a Guard, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.
