Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears professional attire. He has wavy chestnut hair. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He found a children's book about a Gnome Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Cockaby and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Cockaby discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Cockaby fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is typically in his Navigator uniform. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.
Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This man stands a little under 3'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Ghaliver is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has no hair. His eyes are white and beady.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nicor does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Nicor hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

His hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Gûnd and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure
