History: Born in the north to a Interpreter, Qualen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Qualen was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a Interpreter soon after.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Tarhun never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
