Description: A plain young-adult man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a white and green handkerchief worn on his right side. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alston does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Alston's homeland. Alston decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
