History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. William was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Gimble enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with his old friends
