Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Kipper and his spouse have recently divorced.
