History: Tomi was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
