He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his left hand. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. This white eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Xappan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Xappan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
