History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for him, and Wiggan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

He wears baggy black pantaloons and a violet scarf. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
