Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Fargas never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now owns his own business.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His black hair is long and unkept. His eyes are white and beady.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Ortegar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.
