History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and halfling compassion

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Heward took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
