History: Elaim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
