Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. A true patriot, Howard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
