Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a Farmer soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Farmer responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.
