History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shortspear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kugáluga does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a Seamstress soon after.
