History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Rolf was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rolf's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. Being a Actor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
