Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a black vest and prefers blue and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears professional attire. He has a very tight haircut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Elf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and he perpetually has his sickle ready. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Orryn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Orryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born in a small desert village. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This western man is dressed in a clean pastel cloak covering his clean studded leather. His clothes are grease stained in places. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: He is a Sculptor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Anthony was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business
