History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist mother left him crippled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
