History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
