History: He got into the Interpreter business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Through the years after Igden was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Igden's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
