History: Aust lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the west to a Mortician, Bathin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Soapmaker again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: Burto wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Burto was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Burto was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
