Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ortegar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Ortegar has worked very hard to control his curse. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Akmen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Akmen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Akmen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Harvest was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Dain lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Weaver, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
