Uraim Rakankrak, Male Dwarf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Uraim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
