Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
