History: He comes from a rich northern family. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cloak grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Cloak was a troubled youth.
