History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Pelt never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
