History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kelter studied abroad. Kelter liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Oblar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Oblar was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age his mother died while driving off some brigands. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
