History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mordai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mordai. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Aldous never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Caeldrim was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Born in the north to a Detective, Harvest learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is wracked by social anxiety
