History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. When Balam reached his early adolescence his Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now mingles about in high society.
