History: Bertram was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born in a small island village. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Fibblestib alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
