Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a simple violet robe with brown stripes complete with hood. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He found a children's book about a Halfling Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears dull tan sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed bow, just in case. His skin is also unnaturally pale. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is mildly Half-Orc supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He carries with him a set of shortbows, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dondon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His childhood dream was to be a Courier, but he was a colossal failure. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.
