History: Salasar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
