History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After months of barely getting by, Altho managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
