History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pelt fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence.
