History: Born in the south to a Architect, Pelt learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his youth he was a Carter, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
