History: Elegant was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has a crush on the local assassin

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gormogord alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Flame lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
