History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Nutae was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Masseuse. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the west
