History: Jade hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Through the years after Jade was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Jade's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jade was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Xappan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Xappan. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 37. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he's looking for his big break
