Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Arumawann was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Arumawann decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
