Description: 3'4" and muscular, this southern man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. He has shaved his head bald. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are gray.

Personality: Purban speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Purban lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Purban never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He has worked as a Stableman like his father before him.

Motivation: He's in love; and he's attracted to the pc

Personality: Melech hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and money/treasure

Voice: Speaks fast with a slight lisp

Description: He dresses well, wearing blue shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, and he perpetually has his greatsword ready. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson blue hat.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Miles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
