Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his spear. He keeps his black crest in a pixie cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

His silver eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Balam abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Through the years after Varg was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Varg's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a black shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has brown eyes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Khrosh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with green slacks. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His silver eyes peer out from beneath his small tan hat.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Zephan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
