History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was.
