History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This man stands a little under 4'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears skinny pants and wears a red and violet robe with the hood down. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to be a scribe again

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Umpen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Umpen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Kûga will drive conversation. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Shipwright father left him crippled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
