History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This slender man stands about 4'1". He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Baern hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Baern began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Baern was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Gardain is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He got into the Map Maker business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Map Maker and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Map Maker and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has never given up on his painting dream.
