He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Tree was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heward grew up listening to his father's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
